These terms cover your use of the macwanapps.com website and, at a general level, the iOS applications published by Macwan Apps. Individual apps may present their own terms (for example, WalkFirst's Terms of Service), which take precedence for that app.
Our apps are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app supplies its own license. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.
Some of our apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions, one-time purchases, or free trials. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to misuse our apps or website — including attempting to circumvent purchase requirements, reverse-engineering except as permitted by law, or using our services to violate any law or third-party right.
The apps, website, names, logos, and content are owned by Macwan Apps and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. App Store, Apple Health, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Our website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Macwan Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as our apps evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We'll change the "last updated" date above whenever we do.
