Macwan Apps is an indie iOS development studio founded in March 2025 by Jobin Macwan, a solo developer who has been building iOS apps since 2017. The studio ships consumer apps focused on building better habits — with clean native design, on-device privacy, and no ads. Its flagship app is WalkFirst, which blocks distracting apps until you reach your daily step goal.
Founder bio
Jobin Macwan is an iOS developer since 2017. After eight years and 15+ apps shipped in-house — including official EV-charging apps used across India — he went independent in March 2025 to build his own apps under Macwan Apps.
