Do I need an internet connection to study?
No. Every question, lesson, and audio narration is bundled in the app and works fully offline. The app occasionally checks for an updated question set when you're online, but it always keeps working from its built-in content.
Does it include questions about my province or territory?
Yes. The real test includes questions about the province or territory where you live, so the app has dedicated question sets for all 13 — choose yours in the app's settings.
Can I listen to the lessons instead of reading?
Yes. Every lesson is narrated in both English and French, so you can study by listening — on the go, with the screen off, or from the lock screen.
Is my study progress private?
Yes. There is no account and no sign-in, and your answers, scores, and streaks are stored only on your device — never uploaded or synced to a server. Optional anonymous analytics can be turned off any time in Settings. See our

How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not your device. On a new iPhone, download the app and tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings if your access doesn't appear automatically.
How do I cancel the weekly subscription?
The weekly plan is billed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Canada Citizenship 2027 to change or cancel it. The one-time lifetime purchase never renews and needs no cancelling. For refunds, use Apple's
reportaproblem.apple.com.
What's the difference between the free version and full access?
The first two chapters and two mock exams are free. Full access unlocks all chapters, all 823 questions, unlimited mock exams, and every province pack — available as a one-time lifetime purchase or a weekly subscription with a free trial.
