Terms of Service
Canada Citizenship 2027
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Canada Citizenship 2027 iOS app, made by Macwan Apps (Jobin Macwan). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
What the app is
A study app that helps you prepare for the Canadian citizenship test with practice questions, lessons you can read or listen to, and timed mock exams.
Not a government app
- The app is not made, approved or connected with the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any government body.
- The only official study guide is Discover Canada, free at canada.ca.
- Using the app doesn't book your test or contact IRCC, and it can't guarantee that you'll pass.
Keeping facts correct
- We check questions against the official guide and update them when facts change, such as an elected official.
- Mistakes can still happen. Discover Canada and IRCC are always the final word.
- Found something wrong? Please email us. It really helps.
Payments and free trial
You can try the app for free. To unlock everything, choose one of:
- Weekly: starts with a 3-day free trial, then renews every week until you cancel.
- Lifetime: pay once, keep it forever. No renewals.
- All payments go through Apple, using your App Store account.
- To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current week ends.
- Cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to unlock your purchase on another device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Using the app fairly
Use the app for your own study. Please don't copy or share its content, try to get around payments, or take the app apart (except where the law allows).
Who owns the content
- The app, its design, questions, lessons and audio belong to Macwan Apps.
- Lessons are read aloud by a computer-generated voice.
- Facts about Canada come from the government's guide Discover Canada, which belongs to the Crown. We don't claim it as ours.
- "App Store" is a trademark of Apple Inc.
No guarantees
The app is provided "as is", as far as the law allows. We can't promise it will be enough for you to pass, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.
Stopping use
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may end the service if the law requires it or if the app is discontinued.
If these terms change
We'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Which law applies
These terms follow the laws where Macwan Apps operates. If you live in Canada, you also keep every right that Canadian consumer law gives you.
