Canada Citizenship 2027

These terms cover your use of the Canada Citizenship 2027 iOS app (the "app"), published by Macwan Apps, an indie studio operated by Jobin Macwan. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Our studio-wide terms also apply; where they differ, the terms on this page take precedence for this app.
Canada Citizenship 2027 is an independent study tool that helps you prepare for the Canadian citizenship test through practice questions, lessons, audio narration, and timed mock exams.
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any government body. The only official study material is the government's guide, Discover Canada, available free at canada.ca. Using the app does not register you for the test, does not communicate with IRCC, and does not guarantee that you will pass. It is a preparation aid, not a substitute for the official guide or for the test itself.
We work hard to keep questions and answers accurate and current, checked against the official guide, and we update content when facts change (such as an elected official's name). Even so, content is provided for study purposes and may contain errors or become out of date. Always treat Discover Canada and official IRCC sources as authoritative. If you spot something wrong, please email us — corrections from users genuinely improve the app.
The app is free to try and offers two ways to unlock everything:
All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the trial converts to a paid week if not cancelled before it ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Purchases restore across your devices via "Restore Purchases." Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You agree to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial study, and not to attempt to circumvent purchase requirements, reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law, or copy or redistribute its content.
The app, its design, its written questions, lessons, and audio narration are owned by Macwan Apps and protected by intellectual-property laws. Factual material about Canada is drawn from the Government of Canada's publication Discover Canada, which remains the property of the Crown and is referenced here for study purposes; we do not claim ownership of it. "App Store" and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law — including any warranty that it will prepare you sufficiently for, or cause you to pass, the citizenship test. To the same extent, Macwan Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the service, or these terms, if required by law or if the app is discontinued.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and we'll change the "last updated" date above whenever we do.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Macwan Apps' place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
